Halifax Nova Scotia Temple

The highlight of this past month was the opportunity Justin and I had to attend a very special Endowment Session at the Halifax Nova Scotia Temple. We have one incredible Temple President who opened the Temple that night specifically for our small Elder's Quorum and their spouses. While inside the Temple we had a unique opportunity to be taught and instructed by the Temple President before the session began, and then further training afterwards during a Question and Answer session about the Temple.
Justin and I were so amazed to have this opportunity, and so grateful to our friend Jolynne for watching our kids so we could attend. We are so grateful to have a Temple here in Halifax. This particular night was special and unique, and it is something we plan to remember and treasure.
Below I posted a bunch of pictures of our Kiddos. My husband was getting after me for not keeping up better with our family journal, so I redeemed myself with 3 posts in one day. It's hard to believe how fast our kids are growing, but it certainly is fun to watch. We hope you enjoy as well.

What a pretty Temple! It looks similar to the Billings Temple- and we sure love that one!

Yay! Thank you for the update, I love reading all about you guys. Miley cracks me up. I remember when she was so tiny and you would bath her in that tub, now she is a very big girl. An adoralbe one at that! Sadie has that same small doll house that was in Miley's room. I seriously can't belive Scotlin is already 5 months old, holy cow, time flies! He is looking so big and starting be a little chunk. I sure love him!

So happy you're back to blogging! I have been wondering where you went! I love the updates on your family...You're babies are so grown up! I love that Miley wanted to bathe in the sink! and that she plays with her toys in the same corner of her room-Taytum does that too! You can tell in the pictures that Scotlin is so sweet and happy! Such a handsome little man!It sounds like a fabulous experience at the temple-I'm so glad you were able to have it! Love you & hope you're all doing well!!!

That is so great you have a temple close. Where we are moving, the closest is 3 hours away. I am going to miss Utah for all of the temples.

I love the kiddo update. They are so darling, and growing so fast!

I love that you took a picture of this special night. You are so great to always document everything you do. I love the posts below. They made me a little sad! To think Mi is 19 months means Sammy is almost 21 :( My heart is breaking. I wish I could slow time down. I can't believe Scotlin is 5 months! What happened. I blinked and he grew up! You know I love you guys and your darling kids. I am happy to watch them anytime!

Hey Jessica...I'm one of Justin's cousins. I noticed you linked to Natalie (my sister in law's) blog. Hope you don't mind me visiting your blog too! Your kids are adorable!! What a great experience you are having. Our first years of marriage were spent out of state & far away from family too and although it was challenging at times, I wouldn't change those experiences for the world! By the way,the temple is beautiful & your trip sounded so neat. Tell Justing Hi! Take Care!
