Just a random post so I can get that next to death picture of me from the last post (which I nearly deleted all together. Thanks to close friends who encourage me to be bold even if it means I get a little deep sometimes.) down the page a little bit.
(Note: The walls were purple when we moved in!)

When springtime hits I get the urge to clean, and clean, and clean.
I might get a little carried away at times.
Like the other day when I was picking up in Miley's room and ended up rearranging all the furniture and decorations.
Let's just say the power drill came out and everything!
I enjoy a change of scenery sometimes.
It's something my mom always did so I guess I get it from her.
Here are some before and after pictures of Miley's room.
Yes, she is still in a crib. Bumper pads and all. That's a long story.
No, we don't have any plans to change that as of right now. She doesn't try to climb out.
We will probably delay changing it into a toddler bed for as long as we can.
My neighbor has four kids and she said every time she changed the crib to a bed the kid's nap time ended.
We don't want to take any chances with that!
...
I haven't changed Miley's room since she was a newborn baby.
All that can come later.
We are not in any hurry for her to grow up to fast.

Smart, Smart, Smart. I wouldn't take her out of her crib either. I moved Braden out of his crib when he was two and it was only because I needed the crib for Carter in a couple months. I would have left him in there till he was 3. I'm pretty sure Carter will be staying in the crib till we have another baby, which will probably be around him turning 3 or later.
Oh Jess, I think the picture on your next post is amazing and touching. You are so amazing in so many ways!
Her room is so cute! I love seeing other people's rooms!! You are smart not to take her out of a crib yet. Heck we just barely switched Ethan in January (two months shy of his 3rd b-day). He was so content in the crib and never tried to climb out, so we thought we would wait! I think you are smart! Nap time is still going strong for us, so hopefully when you do change her she will still nap. I live for those naps at times! :)
I love the new changes you have made for her room-looks wonderful. As for you last post-You are strong, amazing, and what a process to go through, but I am glad you did and that you cared to share. You really are inspiring. Thank you!
I noticed the new decor in Mi's room last time we were there and forgot to mention how adorable I thought it was!
and I think the purple is perfect actually!
You are so talented...come decorate my house.
Her room is darling!! I wish I was that creative for Karington's (and baby girl 2's) room. Convenient that it was already painted a cute girlie colour when you moved in!
