This is the place~~

We were in need of a family day. 

We decided to take the kids to "This is the place" Heritage Park. Many great things were said about what it had to offer. There was so much to do, we spent an entire day exploring and getting our full money's worth. 

Justin and I planned an outdoor picnic with the kids. They danced, ran around, played on the stage, and enjoyed the shade.

That afternoon we made crafts, rode horses, hit up the petting zoo and splash pad, panned for gold, rode the train, explored the native tribes and were treated to ice cream! 

The day was full of hands on activities and learning. We loved pacing ourselves to take in the entire day together. We left messy, tired, and happy as can be.
