Uncle Josh and Ashley will be getting married this summer, and we could not be more thrilled to be adding another girl to the Madsen family!
Last week we traveled down to Gunnison, Utah and joined with our favorite ladies to throw a bridal shower for Ahsley. There was an amazing turnout! I must say Ashley is joining an amazing family! It is events like this that make me miss Utah, so I was all the more grateful to be apart of all the fun.
I attempted cupcake decorating for the first time. Would these make Jolynne proud? I doubt it, but they were fun to make, and I gained a real appreciation for her talent!!
We had a delicious lunch, enjoyed the company of our fabulous family, and watched as Ashley opened her gifts. She got a beautiful handmade quilt from Grandma Madsen who makes a quilt for all of her grandchildren. If we are going to be Madsen's we need to learn to quilt!

Jess you are so sweet! I am thrilled to be joining the family too! And I sure am lucky to be getting you as a new sister-in-law! Your cupcakes were DELICIOUS and ADORABLE! You will have to teach me :)
