Being here for birthday parties...!

 We left red faced and sweaty.
Happy to be with Ken and his kids.

Miley is the queen of crafting, coming up with elaborate creations on her own. 

When it comes to a required school project, it's more like pulling teeth. 

'your child will love it', they said. 'Something fun for you two to do together', they said. 

More like school/project turned Mom/project. 

I'm the one burning the midnight oil to get it finished.

Nice.

I've been lucky to take my niece for a day here and there. We have loved having her around more after years of missing her so! 

Is there anything sweeter than all these little girlfriends working hard all together..?? 

Family fun night to the tree lighting ceremony and visiting Santa and Mrs Clause...

Even the dead of winter can't keep my ice cream addicts from enjoying a cold cone!

We enjoyed the lights, atmosphere and live music. I was weaving through the crowd with Miley and actually ran into one of our best friends from Logan. I about lost my mind. Such a fun reunion. Love how it felt like we hung out yesterday even though it has been 5 years!

Loren was not a fan of Santa, but Miley and Scotlin thought it was legitimately the real deal, so they were on their best behavior. :) 

Stopped in one afternoon to visit with Grandma Prince. I was proud of my little ones today for bringing grandma the love she needed. It was a simple stop that turned into a sweet memory I will cherish. 

Another stop to see Santa, this time at the mall...

Sometimes all you need is an afternoon with your best friend. 

I rarely go to the mall, but when I do, 9 times out of 10 it involves Arlee and a make up counter. 2 ways to make a perfect day! 

I love it when we can carve out time to be together, even if it's a last minute thing, it's my favorite thing. Ar has been so patient with me and my crew, and I can't thank her enough for her influential friendship. She puts a permanent smile on my face.
