Jess, I am so grateful for you that you could be here at this time. What a huge blessing. My grandpa was also a veteran. These services are extremely touching, even if you don't the deceased person. There is something about the American flag that can be so moving. The trumpet, the gun fire and especially the folding of the flag then given to the spouse, is truely a sight to see. XO

I'm seriously so happy you guys are in town! Did you get my email about printing your photos at the funeral and bringing them on Friday to put in a book for gma?
I am so glad you were with your family and able to attend the funeral. looks like it was a memorable and beautiful ceremony to honor a great man. miss you tons.
