We spent a day exploring the Metro Area. We made rounds through the Titanic Cemetery and Public Gardens. Last we stopped for a tasty lunch on Spring Garden Rd at Your Father's Mustache. A Favorite!
The Titanic Cemetery is something to see, but oh so sad to me. I really can't be there long before a terribly sad feeling starts to set in.
The Public Gardens are BEAUTIFUL, and such a fun place to take a walk in the heart of the city.
Halifax is a unique city, with so much history. It seems the streets were built as an afterthought, so it is never very easy to navigate, but once you make your way down there, there is so much to see. The city is charming. Our favorite things about Halifax are the Provincial Parks and trails all around that provide convenient and beautiful getaways not to far from home.
